Through the Optional maintenance, that will guarantees FreePBX-Swiss that their maintained VoIP system is updated. Recorded updates with the latest release level, and defective system parts of the VoIP system, if they are covered by the warranty will be implemented free of charge within the warranty period. Through the Extended care, guaranteed FreePBX-Swiss, in addition to the maintenance  VoIP system with the modules in part of it.

Defective VoIP phones or adapters will be replaced free of charge in the post-exchange process with the producer / importer. FreePBX-Swiss guaranteed for 10 years that defective hardware including accessories can be replaced.
